We replace it from stock, or refund if it's the last copy. No questions.

If the package goes missing.

Give it 10 working days past the upper ETA — international can be slow.
02 · Investigate
We open a Pirate Ship claim and chase the carrier with you.
03 · Resolve
If declared lost, we re-ship or refund — your choice. Always.
